If the Tesla app on reps iPhones says "Enable bluetooth" - despite Bluetooth already being on and (mostly) connected to the car, do the following
Open Settings
>Privacy
>Bluetooth
>Enable "Tesla" app in this screen
Try Tesla app again - Enable Bluetooth message should be gone.
