1. Login to https://belllighting.co.uk/Admin
2. Click Settings > Configuration > Users
3. Click New User
4. Fill in relevant details > Username > Full Name > Email > Enabled > Privilege Level (None)
5. Click Save
6. Email Finance to add new branch to Epicor.
7. Once Branch is created go to Settings > Configuration > Scheduled tasks, and find 'Bell - Custom Table Data Sync Customers' and click the green greater than symbol to force a sync.
8. Check branch exists by going to Settings > Content Management > Custom Data Table > Click the green pencil to the left of 'Customers (Depots)' and make sure the new branch is in the list.
9. Go back to Users and click the green pencil to the left of the user to edit the user, and go to 'Custom fields' down the left hand side menu.
10. Click Add Item next to 'Customers (Depots)' and find the Branch.
11. Click Save.
12. Navigate to Password menu and click 'Generate New Password' so it creates a password for the account and emails it to the user.
